Street Kids Direct extends heartfelt gratitude to Holly Davies, Imogen Atkinson, and Joseph Soden for travelling to Guatemala to volunteer with Radio Christmas and the SKDGuatemala project. While many were wrapped up in festive celebrations, these dedicated volunteers visited the families we support, spreading immense joy by sharing gifts and, more importantly, their time.
Joining them was Moses, a young man rescued from challenging circumstances, now eager to give back. Witnessing the heartbreaking conditions in which some children lived deeply moved Moses. Inspired by his experiences, he shared his ambition to one day find a great job and use part of his earnings to better the lives of these children.
Their combined efforts brought hope and light to those they touched, reminding us of the power of compassion and the difference dedicated individuals can make.
